No.

They might say 'no'. And it might be the dad's kid too...

John Kerry couldn't have said it better himself.

In all seriousness, I was on the fence but when I read Norm's post it solidified my thoughts toward "no".

Lets think about this:
"Without parental consent, Florida’s minors areprohibited from obtaining a tattoo, a bodypiercing, a lottery ticket, a tobacco product or evenan aspirin from a school nurse. The Universityof Florida even has a policy for notifying parentsof drug and alcohol cases as well as campus DUIcases. However, that same right of notificationdoes not exist for parents when their minordaughter undergoes a surgical abortion procedure."

It's FUCKING SURGERY. They should be required, 100%. They're a FUCKING MINOR, people.

They can't get piercings, tattoos, etc.

They sure as hell shouldn't get surgery. And they sure as hell should have to tell Mom and Dad they were irresponsible in having sex, and need an abortion.

What happens when a bad doctor realizes that Jane doesn't want Mommy to know she's here... and he rapes her, treats her improperly...

Mom is going to flip, sue everyone and *their* mothers for letting their 12 year old daughter get surgery!!

Since when have coat hangers been considered surgical tools?

Anything can be a "surgical tool" if you stick it deep enough inside someone.

That feature is slated for Arfie™ 9.
